The Alberta Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation (PESR) requires designs for alterations of pressure equipment that will be used in Alberta to be registered in Alberta. The PESR also requires that some repairs to pressure equipment be submitted to ABSA for acceptance prior to commencement of the repair. This course covers which repairs and alterations require registration and which documents are required to be included in the design registration package.
