This free digital form functionality provides a sample of the full functionality contained in the digital forms tool. Free forms are available for personal SafeTapp accounts. For the complete experience, including robust form reporting, assigning forms to your employees and colleagues, setting up form workflows, and more, our team is always happy to take you through a full demonstrations or set up a company portal.
How to Access Free Digital Forms
Create a personal account on SafeTapp
To access the free digital forms, you must first create a personal account on SafeTapp.
The free forms on SafeTapp are only available for an individual that is not connected to a company account already utilizing the BIStrainer system.
Please note that if you already have an account on SafeTapp or BIStrainer, and that account is connected to a company, you must use your company account when completing digital forms otherwise they will not save to your company account.

Information Collected in a Free Form
All information collected through the free form tool will remain private. BIS Safety Software will not share any of the information and data collected in any of the free forms with any 3rd party entity. The only parties with access to this data is the form creator and BIS Safety Software. At no point will we ever sell any data we receive; this includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, birth-dates, or any other personal data.
Log Files
BIS Safety Software follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, BIS Safety Software uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
