How to Upload Your Training Records
Create a personal account on SafeTapp
To upload your personal training records, you must first create an individual account on SafeTapp.
Uploading training records and certificates for free on BIStrainer and SafeTapp is available for an individual account that is not connected to a company account already utilizing the BIStrainer system.
Please note that if you already have an account on SafeTapp or BIStrainer, and that account is connected to a company, you must use your company account when uploading training records and certificates otherwise they will not save to your company account.

IMPORTANT – The free scanner is only available to corporate employees. You will need to provide a verifiable work email address for your account to have access to the free scanner feature.

You can upload as many training records and certificates as you would like. There is no limit on the total number you upload to your personal account on BIStrainer or SafeTapp.
No. You can upload training records and certificates on the web by creating a personal account on BIStrainer. The SafeTapp app uses the same login credentials as BIStrainer and simply allows you mobile access to your records and certificates so that you don’t need to rely on the bulky certificate wallet or binder. If you prefer uploading and storing your records on your computer you are more than welcome to do so.
No. To upload your training record through SafeTapp you must have a picture of a certificate.
Yes and no. If you had already logged in to the SafeTapp app and then lost your internet connection you will still be able to access and open your training records on the app, however, if you are logged out of the app you will not be able to regain access without an internet connection.
No. To upload new training records and certificates you need to have a working internet connection. If you are already logged into the SafeTapp app and then lose your internet, you can still access your training records, certificates, and training scores.
Information Collected in a Free Form
All information collected through the TRMS tool will remain private between BIS Safety Software and the user who entered the information. BIS Safety Software will not share any of the information and data collected in the TRMS with any 3rd party entity. At no point will BIS Safety Software ever sell any data we receive; this includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, birth-dates, or any other personal data.
BIS Safety Software follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
